I would like to thank you all for the very hospitable and exemplary service that you provided me. I had been suffering the steering lock problem with my car since October last year and my local SAAB dealer in Oxford did not resolve it at a significant cost to myself. As you know, they have since closed and move to Peterborough as a Maserati dealership. I'm most grateful to you all. In particular I would like to thank Mark again for all the help given to me on the telephone over a number of days before I eventually decided to take my car your company.

Had to drop you a note to thank you for your help today when I changed my key fob cases on my car. Perhaps with hindsight I should have read the manual first!, Thanks again and I will certainly recommend you to other Saab owners that I know.

Yesterday I spoke on the telephone to your lady Steph, to enquire about the availability of a wing mirror for my car, she said she had one and promised to send it to me . I paid by card and to my astonishment the mirror arrived, well packed by this mornings post. I have known Andy Buik and his work at the SAAB Centre for 25 years and trust his work and his judgement implicitly.
